Badminton Nitez

Tuesday - dancing class, wednesday - swimming & Tonite i'll be having badminton. Haven't been exercixing for 3 times in a week already. Max is 2 times per week. Hmmm... Wondering will i loose weight if i keep up the good work like this? Wondering will my hands n legs feel the numbness tomoro? OMG!!! To scared to think. Last time when i played badminton after so many months... i could barely walk. Ppl even said i look like i have just given birth. I'm just too lazy to excercise. But i guees i have to now cos i think my size is just getting bigger n bigger each day. If i don't wake up i guess i might just gain another 1-2 kgs even without realising it. I wanna loose weight but i don't have the determination to do so. Ain't there any other better way or solutions to do so? Orh~~~~ can somebody just help me?

oh i think i am as bad as you, realised gaining weight so badly but yet could not kick up the motivation to take action.. :(
