Such a Wonderful Surprise!!!!

Had such a nice and wonderful B'day for this year 2008. Many surprises which made me feel so surprised and blessed. I got Flower's from this special someone and a lunch celebration wif my colleagues and frens at a Japanese Restaurant. Thanks Allen for buying me lunch to make my day even happier. Even the Jap restaurant gave me an ice-cream cake for my b'day. So surprise again... This year the feeling is so different... Many ppl sms me and msn me to wish me. Even ppl whom i'm not familiar with also have the time and remembered to wish me. My Ex citibank colleague even came all the way to my office to pass me my b'day gift. Felt so touched.

My 2008 B'day celebration at TGI'F

Had a very nice b'day celebration wif my dear sister's and brother's at TGI'F last night.

Their gift is the best things that one could ever have~~~ the dinner is on them & their companion.

Although it is just a small group, plus a fren who couldn't make it, it is still a very memorable nite.

The talks that we have, the crazy jokes that we gave, the lovely food that we ate, the sweetest pictures taken and the dance we had all nite long was very touching.

There is this Bro Kev who always ask me, "Why must you always take pictures wherever i go or whatever i do? Why don't i just keep all the flashes in my memory?" The thing is that Bro Kev, i tend to forget things easily as i'm old you see, so pictures makes my mind refresh of the blessing's that i've gotten before.

Anyway, last nite was the nicest blessing's i've had~~~~

They made me stand on the chair and sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star for them~~~

The food that they ordered for me.. All full of saliver...

Breathing Therapy - Try It!!!

我們有左邊、右邊鼻孔，吸氣、吐氣時有沒有一樣？
We have left, right nose, is that the same for inhale and exhale?

其實不一樣，可以感覺不一樣；右邊等於是太陽的意思，左邊等於是月亮.
Actually they are different, can feel the difference; right side representthe sun, left side represent the moon.

平常頭痛時可以用手把右邊鼻孔關起來，只用左邊鼻孔吸氣、吐氣，約五分鐘，頭痛就好了。
When having headache, try to close right nose and use your left nose to doyour breathing, about 5 min, headache will be gone.

如果疲倦、累了，相反的關起左邊的鼻孔，只用右邊吸氣、吐氣，不用多久，馬上精神好起了。
If you feel tired, do it the opposite round, close your left nose andbreathe through your right nose. After a while, you will feel your mind isfresh again.

因為右邊屬於火氣，比較會熱，左邊比較會涼。
Right side belongs to heat, so it gets hot easily, left side belongs to cold.

女生大部分吸氣、吐氣在左邊，所以心比較會涼快。
Most of the girls breathe with their left nose, so their heart gets cold easily.

男生大部分吸氣、吐氣在右邊，所以他們比較會生氣。
Most of the guys breathe with their right nose, so they get angry easily

我們起床時，可以注意哪邊吸氣、吐氣比較快？左邊或右邊？
Do you notice the moment we wake up, which side breathes faster? Left or right?

如果左邊比較快，覺得提不起精神，可以關起左邊鼻孔，用右邊呼吸，很快的精神會好起來。
If left is faster, you will feel tired. So, close your left nose and useyour right nose for breathing, you will get refresh quickly

這也可以教給小孩，大人用更好。如果你有警覺心的話，速度更快。
This can be taught to kids, but the effect will be better if apply by elders.

當時每天晚上都頭痛，沒有辦法看書，有吃藥，也不是辦法。
That time, every night I am having headache problem, not able to study, I did take medicine, but that is not a good way.

有一天晚上靜坐，關起右鼻孔呼吸，這樣子做，不到一個禮拜，頭痛好了！持續做了一個月，從那天晚上到現在，一次也沒有頭痛過。
One night, I sit down and close my right nose and breathe with left nose,less than one week, my headache problem is gone! I continue to do it onemonth, from that night until today, headache does not attack me anymore.

這是我自己親身經驗過，每一次我告訴別人，你們頭痛的話，試試看，因為我的身體有效果，很多人試過也有效果。這是一種自然的處理，不像吃藥會有副作用，為什麼不用呢？
This is what I experienced myself, I told others, if headache, can try thisway, because this is effective for me. Many people have tried and it worksfor them as well. This is a natural therapy, not like medicine, taking forlong term will get side effect. So, why not try it out?

Pulai Spring

Went for dinner on a Blue Monday with my buddy's to Pulai Spring. First time going there and the embience was nice. Grand lobby, huge golf course, nice swimming pool and of cos good food.

This is the "Kambing Soup" that we s.t.o.l.e from the Buka Puasa Buffet

Chix Wings were very tasty....

Some Mix Ham sandwich plus lots of other ingredients in it which i can't remember was really very Yummy for a sandwich...

Mooncake Festival 14/9

At last........ I have changed my Exhaust Pipe!!! Hurray!!! How does it look like???? Nice ma???? Will kena Block or not ar with this exhaust? I spent RM380 for this Babe... Stainless Steel... and also the pipe in the middle. The guy said that it has holes and dono what "xin" no more liao so have to change... A bit heart ache la to spend innocent money on this kind of things but hopefully no more innocent money need me to spend. Hope this new Babe will bring me luck... Maybe strike some ToTo or something.

At Nite comes the Mooncake Festival...

The moon was shining bright that nite.

We had BBQ to celebrate the Festival.

Itenary : Chicken Wings, Fish, Prawns, Humps, Sausages, Yams, Mushrooms, Ladies Finger, Corn, Sweet Potatoes, Soft Drinks, Beer, Liquor

Had a very nice yet HOT (cos barbequeing) nite... The procees was very fun but the ending was like.... PHEW~~~ tiring....
One of my fren "T", keep telling me that he's on the beach enjoying the moon. And also the crowd on the beach where people lightens up their lantern's to bright up the nite.
He was supposed to take a picture of the moon on the beach but in the end he didn't and gave me excuses that the moon turn half la, covered by clouds la, and lastly... it dissapeared. (Faint)

So in the end the moon at my house is still the best... Hahaha...

Well hope everybody enjoyed their Mooncake Nitez with their loved ones

Happy B'day Cousin!!

Went to Barney's for my cousin's B'day on 07/9. Celebrated earlier cos his b'day falls on 09/9 where i'm not around. So had a nice meal n chat's over dinner and took some pics.... Regreted didn't took some nice pics of the food. Was too hungry when the food came & didn't noticed that i forgot about the pics of the food. And of cos, it's too late as it is in my warm stomach now. Gave him a nice little "Angpow" for a good start for his 21st age. Hope he can grow up and be matured and hope he can start to find a job soon. Wish him Good Health and Good Luck~~~ Cheers Bro!!!!
